We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will render them exactly. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account, including applicable taxes and fees.

5. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

This section governs your participation in the Paragon Exterior SMS/text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

5.1 Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box (or otherwise affirmatively consenting) on our Site, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Paragon Exterior at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt in through any of the following methods:

  • Submitting your phone number via a web form on the Site with an opt-in checkbox
  • Texting a designated keyword (e.g., JOIN) to our short code or phone number
  • Providing verbal consent during a phone call with our team

5.7 No Sharing of SMS Data

5.8 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is designed to work with all major U.S. mobile carriers. However, not all carriers support all message types. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
